Youth Ambassadors
Our youth ambassadors are part of our advisory board, they attend meetings, give their opinions and ideas on everything from how our cic should run to, social media campaigns and design of the facilities. Their help is vital in every decision we make and gives them a realistic look and experience on how a business is run.

Work Experience & Volunteering
Volunteering
Our amazing youth volunteers gave their time over summer...
- Repainting our swim schools changing room
- Helping to set up our social media
- Creating content
- Helping to spread awareness of our campaigns
- Researching and coming up with ideas.
Swim Teaching
Students can choose to do their school work experience with us. Charlie -pictured right- did exactly that and has now gone onto complete his first teaching qualification, while volunteering with us assisting with lessons to gain the experience to one day teach his own classes with us.

Rewrite the Rules:
We’re backing neurodivergent young people with big ideas and the drive to build something of their own.
Through start-up grants, mentoring, and practical support, the project helps turn creativity into real-world success.
Every young person deserves the chance to shape their future, not squeeze into someone else’s mold.
Applications opening soon.
Youth Enterprise Project

The Little Lifeguard Award teaches children essential water safety and basic lifeguarding skills, from recognising danger to knowing what to do in different situations. Children learn how to keep themselves and others safe in and around water.
Earning this award is a big achievement, showing they can be trusted to help protect everyone in the pool.
Once our new facilities are built, every child who earns their Little Lifeguard Award will enjoy free monthly access to our fun pool for a special party for Little Lifeguards and their families.

Our Peer Mentoring Project connects our neurodivergent young students with mentors who truly understand them because lived experience matters. Each mentor has walked a similar path and offers practical, judgment-free guidance. Together, they build community, share real-life coping tools, and prove that no one has to navigate life or learning alone.
Whether pairing up with a peer mentor or sharing worries, experiences, challenges with their swim group, our community builds each other up, helps, guides and learns from one another!
