New Facility Ideas

We plan to design and build facilities specifically tailored to neurodivergent needs — carefully considering architecture, layout, lighting, colour, texture, sound, and scent.

Our vision includes two distinct sides of the building: one focused on private teaching and therapy pools, and the other dedicated to leisure, fitness, and sensory wellbeing.

Teaching Side
This area will feature private, soundproof, non-echoing pool rooms similar to those at The Swim Academy. Each room will include built-in speakers, dimmable colour-changing lighting, and other adaptive sensory features.

Leisure & Wellbeing Side
Also designed around neurodivergent sensory needs, this area will include:

• Adult Sensory Spa with a lengths pool, hot tub, saunas, salt steam rooms, flotation pool, and cold plunge.

• Cinema Pool — a fully immersive pool surrounded by projection screens, rainfall effects, scent diffusion, and water jets.

• Pool Gym with underwater treadmills, bikes, weights, and adaptive equipment to make exercise more accessible.

• Fun Pool designed with input from our Swim Academy children - explore their imaginative ideas on our Kids Pool Designs page.
